| Howdy, I was born and raised in Jasper, Indiana. I graduated from Northeast Dubois High School, where I was active in Band and Softball. I attended Vincennes University in Indiana, CSU, Stanislaus and, CSU, Sacramento where I recieved my A.S., B.S., and California Teaching Credential. I met my husband at Vincennes, he was a swimmer from California and I was a lifeguard, that is what took me to California. I've taught 5th grade in Sacramento, 3rd grade here at Brookman and now 4th grade. Some of my hobbies include collecting things like penguins, Boyd Bears, and Hard Rock Cafe t-shirts. I also enjoy playing softball, frisbee golf, cards, swimming, quilting, and camping. I love going to the redwoods in California. When I lived in Indiana I also enjoyed fishing and hunting with my dad. I enjoy NASCAR, Dale Jr., and watching the Colts. I have two dogs: Lady(bug) and Chief, and a cat named Jitter(bug). I do not have any kids of my own, however I do have two adorable nephews Skyler and Chaz who live in Indiana. I'm always traveling to see family and friends so I'm always up for a new adventure. |
